Learning outcomes
Student to complete courses should 1) know basic concepts of public finances 2) define and understand the functions of the public sector 3) list all public sector entities present in Poland, 4) know and understand the basics of the system of social security, education and health services in Poland 5) indicate the reasons for the decentralization of public finances 6) describe the structure of the basic tasks and sources of financing Polish government 7) to describe and understand the causes and effects of budget deficits and public debt and Polish regulations governing the size 8) to analyze the information contained in the state budget and locl governments' budgets 9) indicate advantages and disadvantages of different forms of budgeting 10) undestand the PPP (public private partnership)
