English - upper intermediate level, online course 4024-ANGINTB2-DYS
“English For Conferences and Group Discussions” is a full online B2-level English course.
The course covers topics that prepare the participants to take part in group discussions conducted in English, e.g. rules of conducting group discussions, starting a discussion, expressing opinions, interrupting, commenting, answering questions.
It also refreshes the participants’ knowledge of some B2-level grammar issues, which helps them to become more fluent in English.
During the course it is possible to practice the language of discussions by taking part in group discussion conducted online on the internet platform.
The ability to discuss different issues is useful in everyday life when we want to present our opinion, to convince somebody or to clarify things and at work when we have to take part in formal meetings, conferences and discussions.
Discussion skills that the participants gain and develop during the course can be then used in their mother tongue as well as in other languages.
