Lumberjack training 4023-P-TRED
The Lumberjack Training is an outdoor functional training designed to improve overall endurance and endurance. Training Lumberjack consists of quite simple exercises, but requiring good physical fitness. It is a general development training, which is why both professionals and beginners use it very eagerly. It increases the condition of the exerciser as well as his strength and endurance. Systematic training also improves motor coordination and gains greater agility.
