Classic yoga (distance) 4023-P-JOGA2(ZD)
To ensure safety, all students will be introduced to the safe exercise rules and potential contraindications for some of the yoga poses (asanas). Through practising yoga poses, students will develop the awareness of their bodies by concentrating on each movement and harmonising breath with it. This enables early detection of signs of overburden or ailment. Regular yoga practice will enable students to strengthen and stretch their muscles. This will also eliminate motor habits harmful to the muscular corset and joints, contributing to life hygiene. In addition, students will be introduced to basic breathing exercises (pranayama), which effectively increase oxygen supply to the body.
Each class ends with relaxation exercises, through which students learn how to rest effectively during a busy day.
