Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 4023-P-BRAJ
Brazilian Jiujitsu (BJJ) has its origins in traditional Jujitsu, which dates back two thousand years. Brazilian Jiujitsu - BJJ is currently the core training of the best mixed martial arts (MMA) fighters. This style is still developing, each major tournament brings new technical solutions. The scope of the material carried out during the classes includes BJJ techniques and levers with elements of Vale Tudo. Classes are conducted by Tomasz Turbaczewski, the holder of the purple belt BJJ near Radosław Turek. Certified personal trainer (specialization) with many years of experience in coaching work.

Learning outcomes
Students:
- will acquire the general knowledge of the human body and its functioning;
- will be able to exercise safely;
- will learn how to work in a team;
- will understand the need to stay fit in order to remain healthy;
- will be able to use sports equipment correctly;
- will develop special motor skills under the guidance of the Physical Education and Sports Centre’s staff.
Assessment criteria
The basis for passing the course is systematic participation in classes (2 absences are allowed, for which the student is not obliged to justify). In addition, the student is obliged to actively participate in classes.
