In the classes, students:
– Develop audio-motor co-ordination
– Enhance movement aesthetics
– Learn basic HI-LOW IMPACT routines (simple choreography of high/low intensity)
– Actively and passively stretch muscles to eliminate excessive tension or contracture
– Strengthen weakened muscle groups and postural muscles (responsible for maintaining upright posture)
– Improve shoulder and hip joint mobility
– Improve spine mobility.

Learning outcomes
Students:
- will acquire the general knowledge of the human body and its functioning;
- will be able to exercise safely;
- will learn how to work in a team;
- will understand the need to stay fit in order to remain healthy;
- will be able to use sports equipment correctly;
- will develop special motor skills under the guidance of the Physical Education and Sports Centre’s staff.
