(in Polish) Kalejdoskop literatury białoruskiej 3221-FBA-KLB-OG
The aim of the seminar is to familiarize students with selected works of Belarusian literature of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. For this purpose, books will be presented that are important in the process of developing particular tendencies in Belarusian literature, often referring to the socio-political situation. Works recognized as classics of the Belarusian literary canon, as well as those less known, albeit important, will be presented. Works will be discussed ... In addition, the subject provides general information on the development of Belarusian literature in the 20th century. Particular emphasis will be placed on discussing the most important historical events influencing the historical and literary process, including: the 1st wave of Belarusization, Stalinist repressions, World War II, the Chernobyl power plant catastrophe, Lukashenka's assumption of power. Works presenting a panorama of the most important historical events and the Belarusian reality will be discussed. In addition, the evolution of writers' views on socio-political issues and the role of time in it will be noticeable.
The program of the seminar includes reading Polish-language theoretical texts presenting the achievements of contemporary Belarusian literature and reading Belarusian literary works translated into Polish.

- formułować i analizować problemy badawcze z zakresu literaturoznawstwa, dobierać metody i narzędzia badawcze (K1_U03)
- posługiwać się ujęciami teoretycznymi, paradygmatami badawczymi i pojęciami właściwymi dla literaturoznawstwa w czasie komunikowania się z otoczeniem oraz w czasie debat i dyskusji(K1_U05)
- rozpoznać różne rodzaje wytworów literatury oraz przeprowadzić ich krytyczną analizę i interpretację w szerszym kontekście(K1_U06)
- merytorycznie argumentować oraz formułować wnioski z wykorzystaniem poglądów innych autorów w języku polskim i obcym(K1_U08)
- planować i organizować pracę indywidualną oraz współdziałać w zespole (także w ramach zadań o charakterze interdyscyplinarnym) (K1_U14)
- samodzielnie planować i realizować własne uczenie się przez całe życie (K1_U15)
Absolwent jest gotów do:

Assessment criteria
In the final assessment, the student's activity in classes, individual presentations, attendance at the classes and, finally, the oral exam from the material discussed during the classes will be taken into consideration.

At the time of passing, questions are asked covering the issues presented during the seminar.

Student: characterizes the epoch, period or literary direction with the use of various determinants (philosophical, worldview, poetics, etc.), evokes the names of representatives (also secondary) shows detailed knowledge of the content of the readings, conducts a comprehensive analysis (referring to the genre, structure and content), gives various research positions, places the writer's work and work in the historical and literary process. The statement is spontaneous, comprehensive, thoughtful, the student uses specialist terminology extensively.

Requirements for the assessment of 5!
- 3 points for every question,
- meeting the requirements for 3 points and in addition: knowledge and skills from outside the curriculum, reading knowledge from outside the reading list, references to world literature.
