Learning outcomes
Knowledge:
Students has knowledge about rules of communication, particularly knows von Thun model on four levels of communication and model of internal team management and strategies of effective communication by questionning and paraphrasis (ZIP PI/W 11; WPs K_W10)
Skills:
Student is able to notice important verbal and nonverbal signals and infer a proper interpretation (ZIP: PI/U 05; WPs K_U01)
Student is able to form coherent and credible message. (ZIP PIII/K6; WPs K_K03)
Competences:
Student is able to identify sources of internal barriers and knows how to deal with internal barriers (ZIP PI/U 03; WPs K_K01)
