Self-Experience in Psychodynamic Group Psychotherapy 2500-EN-PS-EAc-05
The main goal of the training for the participants is to dive into their self-experience in psychodynamic modality.
The basic idea is to sit in a circle and talk with each other having the lead of the instructor. The leader will underline the “here and now” perspective in forming relationships through these exchanges.
There is an ongoing possibility to engage, discuss and express emotions, thoughts, and observations connected to what’s happening.
This group experience offers some solo exercises, some in pairs connected to body psychotherapy as enriching elements of expanding one’s self-awareness.
This course has a different dynamic than the regular seminar or lecture course. During the sessions, the participants may share some personal and sensitive information. It is, therefore, crucial and obligatory to respect the confidentiality rule. Specifically, one can’t disclose any personal information or matters of other group members.
