Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student:
Knowledge:
• identifies the similarities and differences between digital currencies, electronic money, virtual currencies.
• they know the political, economic and social circumstances and reasons for the emergence of cryptocurrencies.
• they know what elements it consists of and understand the mechanisms of blockchain operation on the example of bitcoin.
Skills:
• can characterize the policies of countries that are carried out in relation to cryptocurrencies.
• identifies threats related to frauds and other types of scams arising in connection with crypto assets
• they know how to set up and configure a cryptocurrency wallet for storing cryptocurrency resources.
Competences:
• has competence in the field of activities related to the safe operation of services using blockchain.
• Is capable of understanding the sociolect of cryptocurrency users.
Assessment criteria
The condition for completing the course Secrets of crypto-wealth: cryptocurrencies as gold and silver of the 21st century is the completion of the final project in accordance with the guidelines and recommendations of the teacher and attendance at classes. Substantive activity during the meetings will be rewarded.
